HER EXCELLENCY REVEREND PASTOR DENISE NKURUNZIZA HAS GRANTED A DONATION OF WHEELCHAIRS TO THE CENTER OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES OF KANYINYA AND A SEWING MACHINE TO NESTOR BUKURU OF GAKARA


Kirundo, April 30, 2016 (PM): within the framework of  Buntu Foundation of which she is Founder and President, Her Excellency Reverend Pastor Denise Bucumi Nkurunziza offered on Saturday in Kirundo (north), a gift consisting of four wheelchairs and four executives walking in the center of disabled of Kanyinya belonging to the diocese of Muyinga.
This center that takes in more than 50 disabled received from the First Lady an assistance that considers four millions Burundian francs (4000.0000BIF).
"This is a special day because we receive such a donation for the first time in our center. It would be difficult for us to buy this kind of material because it is very expensive. God bless our mother Reverend Pastor Denise Nkurunziza ", said Mother Mary Libérâtes Ndenzako, the Chieftain of the center of handicapped of Kanyinya.
The H.E First Lady of the Republic of Burundi has also given a sewing machine to the person with disabilities Nestor Bukuru who lives at the hill of Gakara, Kirundo commune.

PEOPLE OF KIRUNDO ARE GRATEFUL FOR THE ASSISTANCE GRANTED TO THEM BY THE FIRST LADY OF BURUNDI DENISE NKURUNZIZA



 
Kirundo, April30, 2016: Her Excellency First Lady of the Republic of Burundi and President of Buntu Foundation Denise NKURUNZIZA gave to Gaharo Health center of Kirundo Province a medical kit.  The latter was composed of 15 boxes full of medical materials designed for surgical operations. According to the First Lady, the assistance was within the framework of the Buntu Foundation’s mission as far as public health is concerned.
Still in the same Province of Kirundo, the First Lady of Burundi Denise NKURUNZIZA visited three families who gave birth to triplets. She granted to them food assistance for the babies and cloths for kids and mothers and so forth. In addition, school girls of Kanyinya and Kirundo Lycee got hygienic kit from the First Lady. The Governor of Kirundo Province on his side, offered to the First Lady a cow as an expression of gratitude.
